Seasonal gin made with distillates of botanicals harvested in the final six months of 2022

Bracingly fresh, locally foraged, seasonal botanicals from the coldest vintage on our records. 

A gin with exquisite depth driven by smoky notes of roasted cobnut and savoury bay leaf. Fresh blackberry rounds out the palate with a subtle citrus energy coming from lemon thyme. The judicious use of anise hyssop creates a further dimension, seasoning rather than directly flavouring the blend, whilst increasing length and texture.
