Molecular
A two-hour cocktail making class, using the equipment and techniques of molecular gastronomy designed by our mixologist (who also has a PhD in organic chemistry!).
The class includes
- A welcome G&T on arrival
- A two-hour immersive cocktail experience hosted in our designated laboratory
- Create three molecular cocktails whilst learning the science behind them
