A two-hour cocktail making class, using the equipment and techniques of molecular gastronomy designed by our mixologist (who also has a PhD in organic chemistry!).
The class includes
- A Cambridge Dry Gin & Tonic on arrival
- A two-hour immersive cocktail experience in a laboratory
- Creating three molecular cocktails learning the science behind them
