We would recommend travelling to the Gin Lab using public transport wherever possible, however, if you need to park a car nearby, the best place is the Grand Arcade car park, which is located on Corn Exchange Street, CB2 3QF. This is then a 5–10-minute walk from the Gin Lab.

By train:Cambridge railway station has regular arrivals from London Liverpool St and London Kings Cross and is a 30-minute walk/ 10-minute cycle from the Gin Lab.
Park & Ride:there are a number of park & ride centres in the city: please see their website for more information: https://cambridgeparkandride.info/
By Bus:National Express coaches stop on Parkers Piece, just a 15-minute walk from the Gin Lab. Local buses also serve the area, please see the council website for more information on timetables:https://transport.cambridgeshirepeterborough-ca.gov.uk/buses/bus-timetables/By Bike:Cambridge is a very cycle-friendly city with plenty of public bike hire and parking facilities! Please see local cycle paths here:https://www.cambridgeshire.gov.uk/residents/travel-roads-and-parking/cycling/cycle-routes-and-maps

Unfortunately, due to being a grade II listed building, the Gin Lab has limited accessibility. If you or a member of your party has trouble getting up or down stairs, please get in touch as we may be able to accommodate your booking on the ground floor, depending on the time of your session. Please note that the majority of our experiences take place on the first and second floors of the building, therefore, we require as much notice as possible if you would like to request a class to take place on the ground floor. Due to the nature of the business, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests. You can get in touch on (01223) 751146 orinfo@cambridgeginlab.co.uk

Please click here to select the class you've been gifted or have a voucher for. Click book now and input your 9-digit voucher code when promoted. If you are still struggling please give us a call on 01223751146 or email us here

Children are more than welcome in our shop at the front of the building, however, persons under the age of 18 are not permitted in our classrooms due to licensing, this includes babies. If you have children or babies, please do not bring them with you to your class.

We can provide non-alcoholic gin for non-drinkers and, at present, the best class to attend if you are not drinking is the Mix it class, as it is possible to fully participate in all elements of the session without imbibing alcohol. Unfortunately, for all our other experiences, any non-drinkers will miss out on certain aspects of the class. If you or a member of your party is a non-drinker, please let us know in advance as soon as possible as we will need to set up your place slightly differently. Please note that tickets for non-drinkers are priced the same as drinkers.

Unfortunately, anyone sitting on one of our experiences must pay the full ticket price, regardless of whether they are taking part. There are a number of excellent cafes and tourist sites in the immediate vicinity if a member of your party doesn’t wish to take part in your session.

The Gin Lab is a relatively compact building and unfortunately there is nowhere to sit and wait for your experience to start. If the weather is wet or cold, you are more than welcome to look around our shop whilst you wait, otherwise, we recommend arriving around 5 minutes prior to your session start time.

No, we simply offer the best pricing we can to everyone!
